The opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to drive the top of the funnel activities and manage the supporting tech stack to ensure positive engagement with prospects and develop these conversations into qualified opportunities. Through close collaboration with Marketing and Sales, you will execute on outbound and inbound lead generation and awareness campaigns to continue the growth of net new engagements. It is a great opportunity to launch, or take the next steps in your sales career. You will become a key player in the commercial team, contributing towards the pipeline with clear quarterly targets. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required in our Cambridge office.
Main duties and responsibilities
Research, respond and identify potential customers, interact with them through multiple channels (phone, email, via the supporting tech stack) and kick-off the sales process. The right candidate will need to work in collaboration product teams to understand the latest news, features and developments and successfully articulate these to potential customers.

Desirable requirements
- Experience of systems such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Previous sales experience within a Saas environment
